We put our condo on the market before the installation of a new elevator could be completed. It was under contract so quickly that it meant coordinating the trades necessary to get the elevator in and running. Additionally, we were not in town. Jeff offered to handle the cooridination of everything having to do with getting it on the market — painting, new carpet, cleaning, staging — and then the installation of the elevator which I had initiated and had under contract but not installed. This meant the pre-installation work, the installation contractor, and then the post-installation work. Jeff was amazing! It went almost completely flawlessly. Additionally, Jeff handled questions from the buyers and their agent, as this was going on, with diligence and patience. He really took so much off my plate for which I was, and am, exceedingly grateful. I also worked with Jeff on the other side of the table. He helped us find the property over a two year search putting up with my lack of urgency and broad "shopping around." Our car rides were informative and delightful! I cannot recommend him highly enough whether one is buying or selling.

Sebastian did great. He made the process easy. He were always available to answer questions and worked hard to get us a great outcome. Very knowledgably of the market, and gave great directions and suggestions. I recommend Sebastian to anyone buying or selling a home.

My sale was challenging but Michal stuck with me and helped me with the issues.

Amy was a pleasure to work with. She helped us to find the right home for us even though our availability was sporadic. She listened and learned what we liked and disliked and grew to understand what we were looking for. She was always very quick to respond to any messages and was proactive at reaching out to us. We found her to be knowledgeable and connected when it was necessary. She cared about us as a family and was never pushy, only supportive. We also used her to sell our house and she was great at helping us through the pricing and negotiation stage. We would recommend working with Amy whether you need to buy or sell a house, or both. Tommy was patient while we requested several showings. He pointed out things to be aware of as well as quality items. He was also resourceful, helping to find the right financing partner.

Leah was wonderful! We initially retained Leah as our buyer's agent. She understood our needs and wants and helped us find the perfect property. She made sure the contract covered us in every way, and she guided us through inspections and closing. Everything was perfect. We're now using Leah to sell our prior property.
